Hammond Park Secondary College (HPSC) prides itself on its capacity to foster strong relationships with students, families, partner primary school, networks, and external stakeholders. The college is clear in consistently outlining its vision and central to that, is understanding HPSC’s place at the ‘heart of an expanding community’. We know that relationships are integral to a successful college, and this is evidenced through the college actively seeking opportunities to engage with the community and developing strong and lasting relationships to ensure Hammond Park Secondary College's planning, implementation, and positive growth meets the diverse needs of our students. Consultative processes drive much of the initial phases of decision-making, and this takes time, but the value of these extensive levels of communication cannot be underestimated in the pursuit of being a connected, responsive organisation that enriches the members of our learning community.
